At VORI, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a refund, products must be sealed, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
