Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date if they meet the following requirements:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The product has not expired.
The return is accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your unopened product is received and inspected, we will issue a 100% refund to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used products
Products with broken or removed safety seals
Expired products
Products returned more than 60 days after the purchase date

Purchased from VORISUPPLEMENTS.com: Contact our customer support team to begin the return process.

Purchased from an authorized retailer: Please return the product directly to the retailer where it was purchased, subject to that retailer's return policies.

Refund Processing

After your eligible return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
